Moving from Memphis to Chicago in 2009, I worked as a bike messenger in the Loop, while moonlighting as an editorial illustrator. During Covid, I went back to school and got an A.A.S. in Digital Art & Design. I started my design career as a design intern at the Chicago Park District. Over the past 4 years, I have had the opportunity to work at three of the top tech startups in the country. In my spare time, I mentor young designers helping them visualize their career path in design.
